BioMedical Emporium Bio-Lactic Peel: Lactic acid is very softening to the skin.  It is an AHA, thus it breaks down the protein bonds between the cells and remove the lipid-like layer, getting rid of corneocyte build-up.

POTENTIAL SIDE EFFECTS

FIRST TREATMENT SHOULD BE A 25% BIO-GLYCOLIC PEEL WITH NO MICRONEEDLING.  

SECOND TREATMENT – BIO-LACTIC PEEL.

TREATMENT TIME FOR BIO-LACTIC PEEL : 25-30 minutes.

*Can do a patch test the first time to make sure no reaction – and continue if okay.

Cleanse skin thoroughly: Biomedical Emporium FACIAL CLEANSER.

  • Apply 1 pump onto fingertips .
  • Work into lather with wet hands.
  • Leave on for 2 minutes.
  • Rinse skin with warm water.
  • Repeat cleanse, if necessary.

Preparation of skin:  Biomedical Emporium CONDITIONING SERUM.

  • Apply 1/2 pump onto fingertips and gently massage into the skin.

Exfoliation of skin: Biomedical Emporium 25% BIO-LACTIC CHEMICAL PEEL.

  • Apply 1-2ml of peel onto skin with a brush from a small bowl. Massage the peel into the skin until the product has penetrated the skin completely. Do not remove.

Revitalize the skin: Biomedical Emporium CONSTRUCT SERUM.

  • Apply 1 small pump onto fingertips and gently massage into the skin.

Calm the skin: Biomedical Emporium SKIN REPAIR SERUM.

  • Apply 1 small pump onto fingertips and gently massage into the skin.

Protect the skin: Biomedical Emporium TRANSLUCENT DAY SPF 30.

  • Apply 1 small pump onto fingertips and gently apply on the skin.

CORRECTIVE TREATMENT IN CASE OF ADVERSE EVENT

If an adverse reaction occurs during the Bio-Lactic Peel Treatment, apply the following corrective steps:

After the Bio-Lactic Treatment, apply the Biomedical Emporium Wound Occlusive.  The Wound Occlusive will immediately calm the skin and stop inflammation.

HOME CARE

Always advise your client;

  • DO NOT TOUCH their skin with anything for 24 hours
  • DO NOT CLEANSE their skin for 24 hours
  • DO NOT DO EXCESSIVE EXERCISE for 24 hours
  • DO NOT MAKE USE OF RETINOL for 72 hours
  • NO DIRECT SUN EXPOSURE for 24 hours
  • AVOID USING MAKE-UP for 24 hours
  • Clients should only rinse their skin with lukewarm water the morning after the treatment followed by Peptide Therapy and Translucent Day SPF30. Facial Cleanser can be introduced 24 hours after the treatment. Apply Wound Occlusive every evening starting 24 hours after the treatment.
  • Clients should use Peptide Therapy (am) and Wound occlusive (pm) for 3 days then they can continue with their normal skin routine.
  • Optional: Skin Repair Serum can be applied in the first 3 days for extra nourishment.
