Edith Gresham has over 30 years of experience in the beauty and spa industry. She has earned numerous certifications; including Esthetician, Esthetician Instructor, Massage Therapy Instructor, Body Treatment Instructor, Microneedling, Nanoneedling, Dermaplaning, along with a wide range of Chemical Peels and Natural Peels. Edith has received these certifications via national and international companies.

Edith owned a spa in California for many years where she attained a vast amount of experience with the ins and outs of spa management, customer relations, etc. Edith has trained in a wide variety of institutions some of which include five-star spa resorts, one-person businesses, and aesthetic schools.

She is on the board for multiple aesthetic schools which enables her to offer her expertise in the field and help to enrich the students’ education. It also allows her to keep up with the current state of the beauty world. With a strong background in beauty, spa management, and training – Edith is considered a highly respected expert in her field.

Edith has been an invaluable lead trainer and sales consultant with Biodroga since 2011.

Will Fennell received a Diploma in Beauty Therapy in Australia in 1994. The following year he opened his first skin clinic. He still owns it today. He trained with BIODROGA in school and has built a strong relationship with the brand for over 30 years.

Will continued to build his salon business and began a 10-year tenure as the Grooming Editor for DNA magazine in Australia where he established himself as one of Australia’s leading beauty and grooming experts for both men and women.

Since then, Will has appeared on numerous television shows. Will regularly contributes to the Australian beauty industry bible, Beauty Biz. In this space, he shares his true passion for education and training.

Several years ago, he joined the international training team for Biodroga in Germany. His unique position as a salon owner, trainer, and Australian distributor gives him a unique perspective when training around the world.

AMY FIEN is a seasoned Global Account Manager and Trainer at Alex Cosmetic GmbH, since 2009. With over 30 years of experience as a cosmetologist and a BA in Business and Marketing; Amy is also a certified coach, empowering clients with valuable skincare knowledge and practices. She is committed to connecting, investing in and educating others to help them reach their full potential.

Mignon Wessels is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the beauty and spa industry. With a rich background in beauty therapy, spa management, and training – she has built a reputation as a highly respected expert in her field. Mignon holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a CIDESCO Spa Management Diploma, in addition to a Bachelor’s Diploma in Beauty Therapy and Skin Technology from South Africa.

Throughout her career, Mignon has attained numerous certifications, including Laser Hair Removal, Esthetician Instructor and Massage Therapy Instructor. As a Certified Trainer, she has utilized her expertise to design and deliver effective training programs for beauty and wellness professionals around the world. Her extensive experience includes consulting and training roles, where she has worked with international teams to establish best practices and elevate industry standards.
