It has been used as a medicinal plant in numerous cultures for centuries. In Germany, its use in herbal medicine has been handed down since the 15th century. It was recommended for skin inflammation and superficial wounds, among other things. The positive effect of chamomile is due to the valuable essential oil of chamomile flowers. It is rich in various valuable phytochemicals. Among the most important are bisabolol and bisabolol oxides.
NETTLE – Nettle is a traditional medicinal plant in Europe, which was already used by the well-known doctor Paracelsus. USE IN THE FACIAL ROOM
Grind a teaspoon-sized amount of the Phyto Therapy Forest Bath between your hands. Form a triangle over the customer’s mouth and nose with both hands. Have the customer take a few deep breaths. The decelerating scent of the forest bath herbs lets the customer arrive – the treatment can be started.
Put 2 grams of the herb mixture in a bowl and crush (example, with a mortar and pestle). Pour 4 cups of boiling water over the herbs and let it steep for 5 minutes. Separate the liquid from the herb mixture using a strainer.
Fold a compress or a towel, dip it in the slightly cooled water and wring it out. Fold the compress or towel inside out. If using a towel fold it using the accordian technique. Place the compress or towel on the face and press down gently. The pleasant warmth ensures deep relaxation. Slowly remove the compress or towel.
You are now ready to cleanse the face.
You can use this water throughout the treatment instead of water.
