Biokosmetik truly believes in customer service. When ordering products, that is half the battle, and I was so thankful for Lola when I spoke to her. When she called me to confirm my first order, she patiently went through everything and answered all my questions on multiple products when I had realized that I accidentally messed up my order. She was very pleasant to speak with and I look forward to working with her and the others.
The product ranges are great and the sample package has an impressive quantity. If you are on the fence, I highly suggest getting one of the sample packages.
I also appreciate the little videos that a lot of products have. They are informative, not overly long, and provide great quick education on the product.”
