This Balm gently and effectively removes makeup, including eye makeup, while nourishing, protecting, and leaving the skin soft, refreshed, and revitalized.

Biodroga Bioscience Institute Make-Up Remover Balm:

Apply to dry skin including the eye area and massage in gently. Then emulsify with damp hands and wash off with plenty of water.

    I cannot say enough about this makeup remover. It removes every bit of my client’s makeup with one wash – and some of them wear a lot!!!! It also leaves my face feeling so soft and glowing. Absolutely love it!
