Biodroga MD Mandelic Acid is a gentle exfoliant, perfect for sensitive skin. It helps improve skin texture, reduce dark spots, and control oil. As a result, you get a clear, youthful complexion without any downtime.
Mandelic Acid 20% (AHA) – pH 2.5, an aromatic alpha hydroxy acid (AHA), is unique due to its larger molecular size and ring structure. These characteristics allow it to penetrate the skin slowly and evenly, providing gentler exfoliation. While other acids may be harsher, mandelic acid stands out for its milder nature, making it a great choice for sensitive skin types.

Mandelic Acid is a special AHA acid that differs from glycolic acid by a special structural feature – an aromatic ring. Due to this structure, mandelic acid is significantly larger than glycolic acid, which is why it penetrates more slowly and evenly into the skin. Therefore, it is considered a relatively mild acid, which is also suitable for slightly more sensitive skin. Another interesting aspect is that mandelic acid, similar to salicylic acid, is able to penetrate clogged pores and rid them of accumulated sebum.
It is recommended that you sell in a package of 5-6 treatments for best results. Treatments can be done every 10-14 days.

DIRECTIONS – A 6ml (6 pumps) recipe of one to three expert acids, mixed (not layered) in equal parts. You use a total of 6ml (6 pumps) for the face (equally divided amongst the acids). If you want to include the neck and decollete you would use an additional 6ml (6 pumps) for those areas. You remove with water and then apply 1-2ml (1-2 pumps) Neutralizer for 30 seconds. Remove Neutralizer. Microneedling, with appropriate serum, can be done after acid neutralizer is removed.
For Example:
- If you use one acid you would use 6ml (6 pumps) for the face.
- If you use 2 acids you would use 3ml (3 pumps) of the first acid + 3ml (pumps) of the second acid for the face.
- If you use 3 acids you would use 2ml (2 pumpts) of the first acid + 2ml (2 pumps) of second acid + 2ml (2 pumps) of third acid for the face.
If you want to include the neck and decollete you would use an additional 6ml for those areas.
